My Father is no longer here..

Our life begins with the union of a man and a woman, our Father and Mother. I was privileged to have a wonderful Father for the whole twenty five years of my life. When he passed away, it was a very heart breaking, sad day. I remember that day very well..
He's been cleaned up and laid on the Floor in his quiet room so we can say our prayers and goodbyes. HOW? How do you do that? I wish someone would tell me because I DON’T have a clue. I don’t have a clue how to say goodbye to Him!! How do I walk away from my Father?
We're alone with Him... *sighs* he looks just like he’s sleeping. But I know he’s not...
I’m standing on the opposite side of the room next to my sisters, just looking at him. He looks so relaxed, so peaceful.,,Just laying down..He's dead.. He's no longer there for us..
He was my real hero. He loved God and Obeyed His will... He was a friend to all, ready to help someone in need. His life was spent for his country and other's. As I look back in time and see how much my father gave of himself it makes me so proud to be his daughter..I thank God that I was privileged to be able to "know" him all that time. I have those precious memories that would cherish forever..
This Ramadan is different, very much different, from previous Ramadan, because He is no longer here with us..

رحـــــــــــــمـــــــــــــــك الــــلــــه واســـكــــنــــك فـــســـيـــــح جــــنـــــاتــــــــــــه

مـــــــبـــــــــــــارك عـــــــليــــك الــــــشهــــــــــر يا حبــيــبــي وكـــــــل عـــــــام وانـــت بخـــــيــــــر

والله يــــــحـــفــــــظ امـــــيـــمــــتي مــــن كـــل شـــــــــر الــــلــــهــــم اميـــــــــــــــــــــن


P.S: Any man can be a Father, but it takes a special person to be called Dad
